We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If the card game does not meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact order@shopariya.com immediately after receiving your product, and we’ll do our best to take care of you. Also, note that we only accept returns/refunds/exchanges if there are visible defects to the cards upon arrival, we have a 3-day return policy upon receiving your purchase and we only accept refunds/returns/exchanges if there are visible defects to the cards upon arrival.
Please take photo evidence to ensure refund/return/exchange will be accepted, no refunds/returns/exchange is issued to anyone who damages their cards after receiving them. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on the printable PDF versions of our games. You can always contact us for any return questions at order@shopariya.com
Exchange
- In cases where you’d like to exchange your product or replace it, we’re more than happy to do so, so long as we have inventory on hand and a valid reason for exchange. Kindly note that this will always be at our discretion.
- We can either exchange or replace your product, provided that we have stock available to do so.
- If 3 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is on us. We’ll issue you a shipping label, and process the exchange or refund once we receive your order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

- For International Shipments, 7-14 Business Days
- For pre-order purchases may take up to 4 weeks.
- Purchases made on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
